Returns

We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Customised or made-to-order furniture may not be eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
